Camp Freedom

Camp Freedom is a great way to spend time with my friends. Everybody starts pitching tents in my yard. Sometimes we have big multi room tents, and sometimes we have small one man tents. Then everybody starts grilling hot dogs. I love the salty crunch of potato chips and the bubbly fizz of soda. After every one eats supper, we start the fire. All the moms get out marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers. The kids sit next to the fire and hold out long sticks with marshmallows on the ends. Soon everyone starts yawning, and flashlights turn on and off. Zippers unzip and zip. Everyone crawls into their own sleeping bags. Eyes close, stillness fills the air. Camping is the best. I hope you get a chance to camp with your neighborhood.
